This allows your GP to explain your results, answer any questions, and arrange appropriate follow-up care if needed.<\/p>\n                    <p>If a result requires urgent or significant follow-up, the practice will contact you via SMS, phone or mail&nbsp; to arrange a review appointment.<\/p>\n                    <p>Please note that it is each patient&#8217;s responsibility to obtain the results of any investigations performed. If you have not been contacted within seven (7) days of having a test, please phone Reception to confirm that your results\n                      have been received and to check whether a follow-up appointment is required.<\/p>\n                    <h3>Reminder and Recall System<\/h3>\n                    <p>Central Gippsland Family Practice is committed to preventative care.
