We believe that regular input from our patients plays a vital role in helping us enhance the quality of care we\n                      provide and continuously improve the overall patient experience.<\/p>\n                    <p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n                    <p><strong style=\"font-weight: 700; color: rgb(0, 128, 128);\">Below is a summary of the 2024\/2025 patient survey.<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p>Patients expressed a desire for more flexibility when booking appointments, including the ability to make bookings online \u2014 a service we are pleased to now offer.<\/p>\n                    <p>Another key area of feedback was the importance of being informed when GPs are running behind schedule.<\/p>\n                    <p>Overall, the feedback was very positive. Patients consistently noted that staff are courteous, polite, and that they feel respected and well cared for during their visits.<\/p>\n                    <p>\n                      <br>\n                    <\/p>\n                    <p>\n                      <br>\n                    <\/p>\n                    <p>\n                      <br>\n                    <\/p>\n                    <p><strong style=\"font-weight: 700; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Our 2025\/2026 Patient Feedback Form will be distributed over the coming months as we continue to seek input on how we can improve.
