        <ul>\n                      <li>Shouting or swearing<\/li>\n                      <li>Aggressive actions or gestures<\/li>\n                      <li>Threats or intimidation<\/li>\n                      <li>Inappropriate language or name-calling<\/li>\n                    <\/ul>\n                    <p>Anyone displaying abusive behaviour will be asked to leave the clinic immediately.&nbsp;If they refuse to do so, the Police will be contacted.&nbsp;<\/p>\n                    <p>Thank you for helping us maintain a safe, respectful and caring environment for
