Appointments
Our medical center operates on an appointment basis. Our appointment system caters for urgent, non urgent, complex, planned chronic care and preventative healthcare.
You can make an appointment over the phone by calling 03 51279800 or by booking an appointment online by clicking the Online booking button on the top right corner of our webpage. Not all of our appointments are available online, so please make sure to call the clinic if you can’t find a time online to suit you.
If you need an urgent appointment, it is always best to call so we can do our best to fit you in (for emergencies please call 000 in the first instance).
Our doctors try to run as close as possible to their appointment times, however this is not always possible. Emergencies take priority and may cause unexpected delays. If you are concerned that your doctor may be running late, you may wish to ring us before coming in.
Urgent appointments will be seen by the next available GP. Please advise Reception if you believe you require an urgent appointment. Urgent appointments will be triaged by the nurse on duty.
A standard appointment should be booked if you wish to discuss a single health issue. A standard appointment is 12 minutes.
Long Appointments
A long appointment should be booked if you wish to discuss more than 1 health issue or you think you may have a lot of questions to ask your doctor. A long appointment is 24 minutes.
Telehealth Appointments
We offer both phone and video consultations in addition to our usual face to face consultation services.
Our team follows the government guidelines for this service and the GP will assess if an onsite consultation is required.
Unfortunately, Medicare will not provide a rebate to any patient who has not attended the practice for an inpatient consultation in the past 12 months. Out of pocket costs may be associated with this service.
Walk in’s
Our clinic will try and accommodate walk in’s where possible. Please note that priority is given to people who have made a booking.
In the case of an emergency, our clinic nurse will see you and if necessary, will arrange for you to be seen by a GP.
