They may be offered in exceptional circumstances and are conducted at the discretion of the GP. If you believe you or someone you care for may require a home visit, please contact the practice as early as possible. A clinician will assess the request based on clinical need.
Whenever possible, we encourage patients to attend appointments at the surgery, where we have the best facilities to provide comprehensive care.
