Patients expressed a desire for more flexibility when booking appointments, including the ability to make bookings online — a service we are pleased to now offer.
Another key area of feedback was the importance of being informed when GPs are running behind schedule.
Overall, the feedback was very positive. Patients consistently noted that staff are courteous, polite, and that they feel respected and well cared for during their visits.
