Zero Tolerance - Central Gippsland Family Practice

All our staff are trained professionals who are dedicated to helping you.

We ask that all patients, carers, and visitors treat out team with respect and courtesy at all times.

Central Gippsland Family Practice has a zero tolerance policy for any form of threatening, violent or aggressive behaviour.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Shouting or swearing
Aggressive actions or gestures
Threats or intimidation
Inappropriate language or name-calling

Anyone displaying abusive behaviour will be asked to leave the clinic immediately. If they refuse to do so, the Police will be contacted.
